We just received a letter today from Great West Life insurance company.They asked for a copy of your DOMP diploma certificate as well as your transcript. We do have your transcripts but do not have a copy of your diploma certificates. Please email us a scanned copy of your DOMP.
You can either scan it or take a high resolution photo. Please email your DOMP diploma certificate to CRMO within the next two days so we could forward it to GWL.
